Tutorial
- 1Ice Blue Base
Apply a wash of metallic icy-blue eyeshadow across the entire lid, blending it slightly above the crease.
- 2Silver Highlight & Glitters
Pop a bright metallic silver pigment into the inner corners, then carefully place individual holographic glitters along the crease in a floating arc.
- 3High-Beam Glow
Sweep a cool-toned duochrome pink/purple highlighter heavily onto the cheekbones, brow bone, and the tip of the nose.
- 4Glossy Y2K Lip
Outline the lips with a neutral nude-brown lip liner, then fill the lips with an ultra-shiny, glass-like clear lip gloss.

Why this look works
The striking contrast between the frosty, cool-toned blue eye makeup and warm brown eyes creates an instant, mesmerizing focal point. The placement of high-intensity duochrome pink highlighter on the cheekbones mimics a futuristic glow that lifts the face structure, while the neutral glossy lip keeps the overall look balanced and playful without competing with the eyes.
